Tips from recruiters

What the recruiters said...

More than half failed the English test. Most candidates do not have any professional experience. Their confidence is lacking, which is usualy answered by having some work experience.

So, what does this mean for you?

English is a must. They want you to be able to communicate (not ok but communicating correctly). Work experience is a big help. How can someone give you a job if you haven't worked?

Participating in an interview is not your right. Participating in an interview is not a game, you should only go if you qualify. Participating in an interview requires you follow the standards. Participating in an interview does not mean trying, or going just for experience.
